Terms of Service

1. Information can exclusively be put in, changed or removed from the planner by persons who are authorised for that purpose by the organiser involved.

2. The organiser and/or sponsor who puts in information on the website, is at all times responsible for a correct contents and a good lay out.

3. The congressorganisor and/or sponsor are at all times liable for the contents of and any faults in the information on CP as well as for any damage that might result from it.

4. CP does not assume any responsibility for damage as a result of incorrect or incomplete information on the website.

5. In case of any technical failure, CP will do the best of her ability to try to solve the problem as soon as possible. CP does not assume responsibility for any damage caused by the technical failure.

6. Neither does CP assume responsibility for the contents of references to and links with other websites. CP is not responsible for any faults in such references or links.

7. When necessary, CP can and will exclude a congressorganisor and/or sponsor from the possibility to put in information and items on the website. This exclusion will be without reasons given.

8. Items that, according to CP, do not belong on the planner or are not meant for the category in question, will be removed from the website.

9. Changes in, or additions to the information may be put in the planner free of charge.

10. However, when this addition means that a higher option and/or a longer term has been chosen, the extra costs will be charged to the organiser and/or sponsor.

11. CP will not give refunds or reductions in case of changes in or removal of information from the planner.

12. CP reserves all rights to carry through immediate changes in prices, unless parties agreed otherwise in writing.

13. No one is allowed to put in text that may hurt others, is discriminating or pornographic and/or put in links to sites with such text or display.
